MSMS Physics Club

MSMS Students with a strong interest in physics, engineering or academic competitions involving physics and engineering are strongly encouraged to become a part of the MSMS Physics Club.

The MSMS Physics Club sponsors all of the academic teams in which MSMS Physics Department students compete yearly. Past examples include the University of Alabama Physics Competition, Mississippi State University Physics Competition, AAPT Physics Bowl, QuarkNet Master Classes at Ole Miss, Ole Miss Engineering Competition, trebuchet building competitions, TARC rocket building competition and the MSMS Physics Team. Physics Club members also are involved with the MSMS Robotics Team.

Dr. Vaughan and Mr. Funderburk are the sponsors and can be reached at cvaughan@themsms.org or wfunderburk@themsms.org for further information.
