Biology & Chemistry Faculty Member

The Mississippi School for Mathematics and Science is accepting applications for a faculty position in Biology and Chemistry for the 2018-2019 academic year.  The successful candidate will be prepared to teach advanced courses in the areas of expertise.  The application for employment can be found by clicking the Administrator and Faculty Employment Application link at the bottom of this page. 

Coordinator for Admissions

This person will be located in the Office of Admissions and School Advancement.  The Coordinator for Admissions administers all facets of the MSMS admissions program.  Duties include, but are not limited to, recruiting a high quality applicant pool and junior class; recruiting for summer enrichment programs; maintaining student recruitment data; and providing program support for the Office of Admissions and Advancement.  Click the link above for a detailed job description.  The candidate must complete the Staff application located at the bottom of the page.

COMMUNITY LEADER (FEMALE)

This is a live-in position. The main responsibility of the Residence Life Community Leader is to develop a residential environment that is safe and conducive to learning. Community Leaders serve as floor/area leaders and mentors for approximately 30-42 residents. residence life resident assistant (Male and Female)

This is a live-in position. RAs serve as floor/area leaders and mentors for approximately 30-35 student residents. The position requires a candidate who will develop and implement programs, counsel with students, and discipline student residents as needed.
